Sedona not only offers everything when it comes to things to do and see they also offer every type of accommodation from camping to luxury bed and breakfasts, what is listed here is just a taste of what Sedona actually offers, you have a plethora of places to choose from.

Bed and Breakfasts

Adobe Hacienda Bed and Breakfast Inn

This great bed and breakfast offers a southwestern flare with great views, Spanish tiles, adobe buildings, and Oaxacan doors. Each room offers a king sized bed, whirlpool tubs, a mini-refrigerator, 27 inch TV, VCR, CD player, iron, free wireless internet, and phone with free unlimited long distance calls; a laundry facility is also available on-site. As a guest you can also enjoy spa, pool, gym, tennis, and fitness club privileges at the nearby Hilton Sedona Spa for only $10 a day.

A 1 night deposit is required for any stay 2 nights or less and a 50% deposit is required for stays 3 nights or longer. There is a 2 night minimum stay during holidays and weekends. Rates are based on double occupancy and there is a $20 fee for each extra person. If you need to cancel your reservation you will be subject to a $25 admin fee and must give 10 days notice in order to get a refund, if less than 10 days is given you will only be refunded if you rebook for a later date. Group rates are available. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

The Anasazi Room – Decorated in a Native American theme it features a kiva style fireplace with a raised hearth, the bathroom features hand pained sinks, a separate glass shower, and tub. $199 per night.

The Baja Room – With a Spanish Mexican theme, this room boasts a queen size bed with a canopy, a kiva fireplace, saltillo and cobalt tiles throughout, and leather backer furniture. $219 per night.

The Vaquero Room – This Spanish cowboy themed room features a queen sized bed, log poles along the ceiling and around the fireplace. The bathroom has hand painted sinks and your views are of the prestigious golf course and beautiful red rock mountains. $219 per night.

The Sedona Room – As the largest single room on the property this red rock Sedona themed retreat has a king sized bed, a corner kiva fireplace, a standard hide a bed, double doors leading to the luxurious bathroom with two hand painted sinks, and views of the golf course and red rock mountains. $239 per night.

The Dreamcatcher Suite – This gorgeous 2 room suite done in a Hopi Indian theme has two separate rooms with locking doors and private entrances. The living area sleeper sofa, a raised kiva fireplace, a desk, and double doors to the bathroom; the bedroom has a king size bed, and a separate entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom features hand painted sinks, a hand carved southwestern vanity, a soaking tub, and shower. $249 per night.

A Territorial House Bed and Breakfast

Located in West Sedona on three quarter acres surrounded by cottonwood and juniper trees, this movie character themed retreat features fireplaces, leather recliners, cable TV and VCR’s, CD players, radios, ceiling fans, refrigerators, large jet or whirlpool tubs, oversized showers and private balconies for each room. Fresh coffee, a gourmet breakfast with fresh baked breads or muffins, and afternoon snacks are available in the lobby, there is also a hot tub available on the premises should you want to relax under the stars.

All rates are based on double occupancy, each extra person is $25, and include a southwest style breakfast in the lobby, complementary non-alcoholic beverages, wine glasses, ice buckets, free wireless internet, and access to a computer and printer located in the lobby. They accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and require a two night minimum stay on weekends and a three night minimum during holidays. Seven days are required for all cancellations for a full refund less a $25 admin fee. Check in time is between 4 and 6 pm and checkout time is 11 am. Pets are not allowed and smoking is limited to the balconies.

Miss Kitty Room – Decorated to provide a romantic ambiance, with a king sized canopy bed, a 2 person jetted tub and double shower, and plush robes, this room will be sure to set the mood. The private balcony with a table and chairs leads to a private rose garden. $215 per night.

Ponderosa – This two room suite decorated in a cowboy theme has a king sized bed, walk in closet, and a gas fireplace. Private bathroom has a combination shower and whirlpool tub, robes are also available.

The Bunk House – Decorated in a rangler theme this delightful room has a queen size and twin sized bed, comes with a table and four chairs.

You can rent both the Ponderosa and The Bunk House together for $200 a night or just one room for $175 a night, if renting just one room, the other will be left vacant for your privacy.

Cisco’s Room – Creatively decorated in a Mexican Spanish theme has a king bed, electric fireplace, and a private bath with a two person shower. $155 per night.

Indian Garden – Made to look like an Indian pueblo the private stairway up to this room opens to a room with tall ceilings, a queen bed, private bath, and private balcony with a telescope. $125 per night.

Sedona Cathedral Hideaway

Secluded up on a hill with 360 degree views of the red rock mountains and Sedona, this 4,600 square foot Bed and Breakfast has two private suites, an onsite spa, and customized cuisine choices. You can call ahead and book an in room massage for yourself or for you and your partner, choose from a deep tissue, hot rock, warm oil, prenatal massage, or a rejuvenating wrap. If you decided to take an adventure hike backpacks and water bottles will be provided to you in the lobby; or if you prefer to stay close check out the Bocce Ball courts, labyrinth, and workout center area. Home made bakery items, soups, and ice cream are all delicious treats available to you during your stay.

Rooms feature fireplaces, two person whirlpool tubs, showers built for two with adjustable low flow shower heads, lush robes and slippers, liquid body wash, blow dryer, toner, shampoo and conditioner, a special cleanser, a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, telephone, wireless internet, surround sound, iPod and DVD hookups, walk in closets with safes, and access to an outdoor grill. The beds are Select Comfort mattresses with pillow tops and memory foam; you also have your choice of pillow.

Evergreen Room – Will sleep two people, with a queen sized bed, love seat, table and chairs, a unique peninsula style fireplace, and a satellite flat panel TV with DVD. Weekends and holidays run $330 a night with a two night minimum stay, weekdays are $310 with no minimum stay, and $35 for each additional person.

Sedona Safari Room – Will sleep two to four people with a king and queen sized bed, a sleeper sofa, swivel rocker, built in desk, fireplace, an adjustable coffee table, towel warmer in the bathroom, and a satellite flat panel TV with DVD. Weekends and holidays are $330 per night with a two night minimum stay and weekdays are $310 per night with no minimum stay.

Children are welcomed if both rooms are reserved and a 15% discount will be given. If you stay three nights you will receive a complementary reflexology and paraffin wax hand treatment; stay five nights and receive a facial with a collagen eye treatment; stay six nights get a seventh night free and a LED rejuvenation treatment. Cozy Cactus Bed and Breakfast

Owned and operated by a professional chef and engineer couple, the Cozy Cactus offers one and two bedroom suites with separate living areas and fireplaces as well as individual rooms. All rooms come with private entrances and private baths, TV’s, ceiling fans, air conditioning and heater controls, hair dryers, alarm clocks, dishes, glasses, utensils, refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker.

Rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated, with a $20 fee for each additional person, if you book a room as a single you can take $10 off the per night cost, rates also include a three course sit down breakfast with your choice of coffee, tea, or juice, fresh baked breads, fresh fruit, and main course with choice of sausage or bacon with fruit or vegetable side. There is a two night minimum stay for weekends and a one night deposit for a stay of two nights or less and a 50% deposit for a stay of three or more nights. If you book 4 or more nights you are entitles to a 10% discount (offer not available when booking through a travel agent). A 10 day cancellation notice is required for a full refund less a $20 admin fee. Children are welcomed and cribs, high chairs, and rollaway beds are available upon request. Cowboy Hideaway Suite – Done in a rustic dιcor this suite offers a queen sized bed, sleeper sofa, kitchen with dining table and chairs, a 350 square foot living area with fireplace. Perfect for three adults or two adults and two children. $200 per night or $190 per night during the summer.

Southwest Room – Offers a queen sized bed, galley style kitchen, and private bath. $153 per night or $143 per night during the summer.

Western Suite – This bargain is a combination of the Cowboy Hideaway Suite and the Southwest Room, will sleep up to six people. $325 per night for four people or $315 per night for four people during the summer.

Georgia O’Keefe Suite – This suite is decorated with paintings by this great artist and features a queen sized sleigh bed, a 350 square foot living area with fireplace, and sleeper couch. $200 per night or $190 per night during the summer.

Sedona Sky Room – Offers a king sized bed that converts to two twin beds and a galley style kitchen. $153 per night or $143 per night during the summer.

Sedona Suite – This is a combination of the Georgia O’Keefe Suite and the Sedona Sky Room. $325 per night for four people or $315 per night for four people during the summer.

Desert Rendezvous Room – You enter through double French doors into a room with a queen sized bed, decorated with classic style furniture and comfort. $153 per night or $143 per night during the summer.

Briar Patch Inn

Nestled at the base of the Red Rock Mountains in Oak Creek Canyon on 9 acres, these eighteen cottages offer a total retreat for you and your family. With a library, creek side gazebo, in room massages, home made breads and muffins, healthy breakfast including granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs in the shell, fresh squeezed juice, herbal teas, coffee, and afternoon and evening treats like hot mulled cider in the cooler months and crisp iced tea in the warmer months, home made cookies, cheese and crackers, and fresh fruit, what more could you ask for. Briar Patch Inn also offers hiking, yoga, facials, concierge service, and babysitting.

Each cottage offers a private entrance and private bath, a wood burning stove or fireplace except the Treetop Cottage, complementary coffee and tea, shampoo and conditioner, radio, CD player, wireless internet available at the main lodge, and either a full kitchen or a kitchenette.

A two night minimum stay is required for weekend and a three night stay is required for holidays. All rates are based on double occupancy and require a one night deposit with balance due upon check in. During Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, you are required to leave a one night deposit upon confirming your reservation and pay the balance thirty days before your arrival. Fourteen days cancellation notice is requested for a full refund, less a $25 admin fee, if you do not give at least fourteen days cancellation notice you are required to pay for the full amount of the reservation, unless the rooms can be rebooked for the entire reservation period. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is noon. Pets and smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Acorn House – Sleeps two people, with one king sized bed, window seat, kitchenette, fireplace on the patio, sitting area, and located on the creek. $295 per night.

Blue Jay – Sleeps two people with one king sized bed, full kitchen, and sitting area. $245 per night.

Casa de Piedra – Sleeps three people, with one king size and one twin size bed, a kitchenette, and creek location. $325 per night.

Creekside – Sleeps four people with two bedrooms one king size bed and two twin size beds, a full kitchen, a patio fireplace, and creek side location. $295 per night.

Deckhouse – Sleeps two people with one queen size bed, a jet tub, kitchenette, patio fireplace, sitting area, and creek side location. $295 per night.

Eagle – Sleeps three people with two rooms, one king size bed and one full size bed, a kitchenette, and sitting area. $245 per night.

Heron – Sleeps four people, with two bedrooms, one queen size bed, two twin size beds, a full kitchen, living room, built in barbeque, and close to swimming hole. $255 per night.

Ponderosa – The largest cottage can sleep nine people with four rooms, one king size bed, two queen size beds, and three twin size beds; a full kitchen, dining area, living room that can seat up to twenty, two fireplaces, two and one half baths, and a wrap around deck. $395 per night.

Robin – Sleeps three people with one king size bed and one twin size daybed, a full kitchen, and a sitting area. $245 per night.

Sparrow – Sleeps two people with a queen size bed, refrigerator, and sitting area. $199 per night.
